New Monthly Billing Options for Copilot
Reminder: 15% discount on Copilot annual plan until December 31
Please be aware that this promotion does not apply to the monthly payment plans but only tot the yearly subscriptions with upfront yearly payment.
Price increase of 5% for monthly payment plans per April 1, 2025
Additionally, to standardize the billing structure across various platforms including CSP, MCA-E, and direct online, Microsoft will implement the same pricing update for all other products with per-user monthly billing plans for annual subscriptions. This update will take effect on April 1, 2025, and will apply to all new and renewing monthly billing plans for annual subscriptions.
Customers who prefer to switch from monthly to annual billing with an upfront payment can do so at their renewal date, benefiting from a 5% lower price compared to the updated monthly billing option.
As always, Universal will work with our customers to advise on the best strategy for renewal to lock in pricing for monthly payments (before April 1). We will reach out to you before these new prices take effect.
