A caller ringing after office hours. A phone going off while your team is busy. A simple question that doesn't really need a team member, yet still leaves the caller waiting. Sound familiar? That's why we're introducing uAnswer: a voice AI that picks up your phone and speaks to callers with natural speech.
No menus, no "press 1 for…". Callers simply ask their question out loud and get a spoken answer within seconds — day and night, without a queue.
A real conversation, not a menu
uAnswer listens, understands the question and replies in plain, everyday language. Callers can even talk over it to add or change something; uAnswer stops, listens and continues with the new request — exactly like a conversation with a colleague. And because uAnswer takes several calls at the same time, no one is left on hold, even during peaks.
uAnswer knows your organisation
What sets it apart from a generic chatbot? uAnswer gives answers that match your organisation. In the portal you share the information uAnswer needs — documents, frequently asked questions and web pages. That way uAnswer draws on your own knowledge, not on generic AI answers.
Connect your CRM, ERP or service desk
You can take it one step further and connect uAnswer to your CRM, ERP or support application. uAnswer then recognises the caller, sees open tickets, orders or appointments, and can handle a call independently instead of just forwarding it. From "when will my order be delivered?" to "what's the status of my request?" — uAnswer has the context to genuinely help.
After the call: a summary in your inbox
Every call gives you something right away. Afterwards, uAnswer automatically sends a clear AI summary to an email address you configure. That way you know exactly what was discussed and can follow up on every phone contact — without listening in or taking notes.
Set it all up in the portal
You manage uAnswer entirely yourself, with no technical knowledge. In the same familiar uWebChat Voice portal you set the persona and welcome message, feed the knowledge base, decide where the summary goes and test the assistant exactly like on the phone. See everything it can do on the uAnswer page.
Multilingual by design
uAnswer currently handles calls in Dutch. Support for more languages is in development and coming soon, so you'll be able to help callers in different languages.
Available from 1 September 2026
uAnswer is ready and available to customers from 1 September 2026. It builds on uWebChat Voice, our contact center platform for Microsoft Teams, and fits seamlessly into your existing telephony.
