Reintroduction Microsoft Enterprise Suites with Teams

On October 6, 2025, Microsoft announced significant global changes to the Microsoft 365 and Teams pricing and packaging, following a settlement with the European Commission finalized on September 12, 2025.
Key Changes Effective November 1, 2025
- Reintroduction of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise suites with Teams into General Availability. Customers can once again purchase or transition to these bundled suites.
- Pricing adjustments:
- Lower prices for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suites without Teams, including Microsoft 365 F3.
- Higher prices for the Teams Enterprise standalone offering.
- These updates are reflected in the November 1 CSP price list, previewed on October 1. Microsoft notes that some price deltas in the preview may not fully align with the Commitments but will be corrected in the final release.
Impact on Existing Subscriptions
Existing subscriptions will not be immediately affected. Customers can continue using, renewing, and upgrading their current plans as usual. The new pricing and packaging will apply at renewal or when purchasing new services.
