“A few years ago we used Windows Explorer. However, sharing information with external parties on this platform is very difficult – which is why we had another software package to do that. All of the admin was adding up. This had to change!
Universal had set up a cloud-based SharePoint environment for one of our sister organisations, so we contracted them to do something similar for us.
We now operate a single environment where all data traffic for each project comes together Unlike before, our digital working environment contains everything we need to share information easily – internally and externally – with each other and with our partners! This is a huge step forward for optimal collaboration.
If we want to add a new function, we just ask. For example, we wanted more search filters so that we could access data in the system more specifically and quickly. Universal took care of this for us – no trouble at all.
