Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer at Universal Cloud, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our clients, advising and assisting stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues and customers to provide secure and connected cloud services, ensuring a reliable, secure, and scalable solution. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting and testing our AI-based apps and services that enhance our offerings and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions.
- Advise (international) clients on the best cloud strategies and practices.
- Assist stakeholders in resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technologies and AI.
- Engage in continuous learning and obtain certifications in cloud technologies to stay current with industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Computing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and specifically Power Platform.
- Interest in AI and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (in NL and EN) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
