Access your Windows 365 Cloud PC through the browser (windows365.microsoft.com or windows.cloud.microsoft) or via the Windows App on your PC, Mac, tablet or phone. Below you'll find the fastest way to access your cloud workplace.

Windows 365 login URL - direct access

This is the official Microsoft login page for Windows 365 Cloud PC. Bookmark this page for quick access.

Quick start: Windows 365 login in 3 steps

Step 1: Go to windows365.microsoft.com - Open your browser and navigate to windows365.microsoft.com

Step 2: Sign in with your work account - Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and password

Step 3: Launch your Cloud PC - Click on your Cloud PC to connect - your Windows desktop opens instantly

Windows App login: windows.cloud.microsoft

Microsoft has replaced the Remote Desktop app with the Windows App. Since 2025 it is the default client for Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Dev Box. The web version of the Windows App lives at windows.cloud.microsoft.

Windows App login in the browser:

  1. Go to windows.cloud.microsoft
  2. Sign in with your work account (the email address of your Microsoft 365 account)
  3. Select your Cloud PC under Devices and click Connect

Both addresses work with the same account. windows365.microsoft.com is the Windows 365 portal, windows.cloud.microsoft is the Windows App in your browser. There you also see any Azure Virtual Desktop desktops and Dev Boxes next to your Cloud PC.

Download the Windows App (recommended for daily use)

For daily use, the installed Windows App performs better than the browser, especially with multiple monitors, printers and webcams:

  1. Windows: install the Windows App from the Microsoft Store (search for "Windows App")
  2. macOS: install the Windows App from the Mac App Store
  3. iOS, iPadOS and Android: install the Windows App from the App Store or Google Play
  4. Open the app, sign in with your work account and your Cloud PC appears automatically under Devices

Still using the old Remote Desktop app from the Microsoft Store? Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 365 in it on May 27, 2025. Switch to the Windows App.

Windows 365 login troubleshooting

Can't log in to Windows 365? Verify your Windows 365 license is active, try a different browser (Edge works best), and clear your browser cache and cookies.

Slow connection to Cloud PC? Use the Windows 365 app instead of the browser, check your internet connection, and close other bandwidth-intensive applications.

Forgot your password? Reset your password via portal.office.com or contact your IT administrator.

Windows App login not working? Sign in with your work account, not a personal Microsoft account. If no Cloud PC shows under Devices after signing in, no Windows 365 license is assigned to your account. Also complete any MFA prompt on your phone.
