Service Desk agent

The Universal Service Desk agents are our IT hospitality agents. As the first point of contact for our customers, in the Netherlands and abroad, your drive is to provide the best possible service to our customers. The Service Desk agent is the main hub to our customers and team; managing service levels and gathering and providing information to our customers for them to optimize the use of Cloud services.

Daily tasks are to manage first line communications with our customers and team, by phone, e-mail and chat and to organize and manage service desk activities and service levels. Activities are performing and assigning tasks to team members and manage follow up, test software and services, creating user manuals and reports for our customers. A service desk agent also performs asset management tasks; enrolling and configuring devices and provide instructions to endusers.

Your profile

Extravert and enjoying multi-tasking. Communicative in Dutch and English, talented in organizing and prioritizing. Passionate for IT, accurate and eager to manage and optimize processes.  

You have completed MBO, proven knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Microsoft 365) and are experienced in a professional business to business organization.

In Microsoft 365 and Azure, but also in the private Universal Cloud in NL datacenters. Our office is in Arnhem (WTC building – next to Arnhem Central Station) where employees are welcome every day; but partly working from home is possible. Universal is a Tier-1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), ISO27001 certified. We work for (international) clients, some of them supervised by financial regulators. We are driven by clear procedures and extensive logging of information is in your system. Universal's back office is based on Dynamics 365.
