Azure Information Protection
Classificeer en bescherm gevoelige documenten en e-mails met sensitivity labels en encryptie. Voorkom dat vertrouwelijke bestanden per ongeluk worden gedeeld.
Conditional Access
Stel voorwaarden in voor toegang tot bedrijfsdata op basis van locatie, apparaat, risicoscore of gebruikersgroep. Blokkeer bijvoorbeeld toegang vanuit onbekende landen of onbeheerde apparaten.

En Microsoft 365 Business Basic?
Business Basic is de instap van dezelfde familie: professionele e-mail, cloudopslag en online vergaderen en chatten, maar zonder de desktopversies van Word, Excel en PowerPoint. Die desktop-apps zijn precies wat Business Standard toevoegt; Business Premium voegt daar vervolgens de beveiliging en het apparaatbeheer uit de tabel hierboven aan toe. Alle drie de abonnementen gaan tot 300 gebruikers.
Business Standard with Copilot vs Business Premium with Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot zit niet in Business Standard of Business Premium. Je voegt het toe als aparte licentie, Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, die Business Basic, Standard of Premium als basislicentie vereist en tot 300 gebruikers gaat. Daarnaast verkoopt Microsoft kant-en-klare bundels: Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot en Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Copilot, beide ook in een EEA- en een "no Teams"-variant.
Het Copilot-deel is in beide bundels hetzelfde. Het verschil zit volledig in de onderliggende licentie, dus in exact dezelfde vier onderdelen als bij Standard versus Premium: Microsoft Defender for Business, Intune, Azure Information Protection en Conditional Access. Heb je die beveiliging en dat apparaatbeheer nodig, dan is Business Premium with Copilot de juiste bundel.
