How to Access Windows 365 Business – Cloud PC

Windows 365 Business provides cloud-hosted Windows desktops accessible via web browser. Secure, flexible, and easy to use.

Requirements

- Windows 365 Business License within Microsoft 365 - Internet connectivity

Access via Web Browser

1. Navigate to https://windows365.microsoft.com
2. Sign in with your company credentials
3. Access your desktop through the web browser

Remote Desktop Application

For frequent users, the Remote Desktop application is recommended:

1. Access your web-based Cloud PC
2. Locate the Remote Desktop icon in the "fast" section
3. Download and install the application
4. Search for "Remote Desktop" in the Windows menu
5. Subscribe with your company credentials
6. Select the computer icon to launch your Cloud PC

Licensing Option
