We activate the licenses. You then assign them to your users, or we do it for you.
Frequently asked questions about buying Microsoft licenses
Yes. You keep your current Microsoft 365 environment with all users and data. You give Universal access as your Microsoft partner, we activate the licenses, and you then cancel your subscription with Microsoft. We look at the end date of your current subscription together, so you do not pay twice for longer than necessary.
You commit to the licenses for twelve months and pay the full year upfront. That is cheaper than a contract you can cancel monthly. You can add users at any time; they run until the end date of your subscription.
Within 7 days of ordering you can still reduce the number or cancel the order. After that the number is fixed until renewal; these are Microsoft's terms for annual licenses. At renewal you adjust the number again.
Online we offer an annual license with annual billing. Monthly billing or a contract you can cancel monthly is also possible; please contact us for that.
Yes. After your order we create a new Microsoft 365 environment for you and help you get started. If you want help with setup or with moving mail and files, we will make you a proposal.
