The new pricelist features a powerful search function that helps you find the license you need instantly. Simply type the product name or SKU and results are filtered in real-time. No more endless scrolling through long lists.
Each license displays a concise description that you can expand for more details. This gives you immediate insight into what each license offers without leaving the page.
Three market segments
The pricelist supports three different market segments:
- Commercial - Standard pricing for businesses
- Education - Reduced rates for accredited educational institutions
- Non-profit - Special pricing for organizations with recognized non-profit status
Easily switch between segments to view the correct prices for your organization.
Transparent payment options
For each license, we display three payment options:
- Per month - Maximum flexibility, cancel monthly
- Per year (annual) - Best price with full prepayment
- Per year (monthly) - Annual contract with monthly payments
The default view shows the most popular option: annual contract with monthly payments. This allows you to compare prices the way most organizations pay.
Add-on recognition
Many Microsoft 365 products are add-on licenses that require a base license. These are now instantly recognizable by a purple "Add-on" badge next to the product name. This way, you always know whether you're viewing a standalone license or an extension to an existing subscription.
Updated monthly
The pricelist is updated monthly with the latest Microsoft CSP prices. You'll always see the current date at the top of the calculator, so you know you're working with accurate information.
