Summary
In this manual u can find steps that guide to the Call Detail Records and/or the Skype Reporting Services page. Before visiting those pages, a user account needs access to the two services, this is done by adding the account to the appropriate group.
Adding a user to the reporting group
1. Login at the ControlCloudService site. (https://controlcloudservice.com/)
2. Navigate to the “Hosted Organisations” of the correct Hosting Space
3. Navigate to the “Hosted Groups”.
4. Open the “uMSSkypeReporting_companyname” group. (Display name: Skype Reports Group)
5. Click the “Add” button to add a user to the group.
6. Click the “Save Changes” button to save the change made to the group.
Skype Reporting Services
Use the Skype Reporting Services to view all available detail about a call. This could be used to analyze a certain call for troubleshooting reasons for example.>
1. Open a new tab in the web browser and navigate to: http://skype.controlcloudservice.com/
2. Click the blue Skype reporting button.
3. Login on the Skype reporting page with the same user as the one added in the reporting group.
4. Click the “User Activity Report” link.
5. Customize the report.
6. Click the “View Report” button to get the report.
7. The report can be saved using the blue disk button.
Call Detail Records
The call detail records show the basic information regarding the billable rates, numbers, etc.
To view the CRD of a Hosted organization, follow the steps below.
1. Login at the ControlCloudService site. (https://controlcloudservice.com/)
2. Navigate to the “Hosted Organisations” of the correct Hosting Space.
3. In the organization, click “Call Reports”.
4. Click the link “Click here to go the live CDR reporting”.
5. In the new page, customize the report view as requested.
6. Click “View Report” to generate the report, click the blue disk to save the report
