Purpose & Scope
Additional settings are necessary for your Skype Client to work correctly with Outlook and Exchange when your organization is using Universal Skype for Business Server combined with an on premises or Office 365 Exchange service.
Procedure
Enter the extern e-mail adres for each user in the Universal Control Panel (https://controlcloudservice.com)
Control Panel Instructions
- Login on https://controlcloudservice.com with the admin account provided by Universal
- Navigate to Hosted Organizations
- Select the Organization, then select users, select the user you want to edit, and add the external e-mail address of this user.
