Is open Federation enabled for my Skype for Business account?
Answer
Yes, Universal IT offers open federation, meaning that anyone using Skype for Business (and has open federation) can use Skype for Business to call, IM and video.
If the other organization does not support open federation in their Skype or Lync deployment; they should add your sip domain to the federated domains in their Skype/Lync deployment.
