New uCallManager features for Teams Direct Routing  


Office 365 Shifts integration with Direct Routing and more.. 

In the past months we have worked hard to enrich uCallManager; our Teams Direct Routing platform. We appreciate the feedback we received from our uCallManager customers; that enables us to continuously improve and enrich uCallManager. NEW uCallManager features 

  • Shifts queue

    With Shifts queues agents will be hunted based on the Office 365 Shifts schedule. The agent "on shift" wil receive the call. uCallManager will automatically follow any changes that were made to Office 365 Shifts. 
  • Custom audio files

    Now you can upload and manage your own audio files, to be used for IVR and queue messages.

  • Dashboard

    Now you can upload and manage your own audio files, to be used for IVR and queue messages.
